Duke was born in Littleton, Colorado in 1961 and committed his life to the Lord in 1968 at Tulsa Bible Church in Oklahoma.
Duke and his family moved to Pagosa Springs in 2006. Duke is married to Ann and has three children: Courtney, Michael, and Kelsey.
