We, at Centerpoint, believe strongly in the power of prayer as it is our greatest Christian privilege.  Please let us know how we can pray for you or others by submitting the Prayer Request Form.

Please keep the following in your prayers:

Jason Kain— a mass was found on Jason’s brain, he recently had an MRI and Neurology isn't convinced it is a tumor.  The MRI revealed that mass has not enlarged; Jason will have further scans.  He is feeling fine.  Pray for answers and continued peace.

Miles & Connie Davidson—Miles has Alzheimer's and is continuously declining.  Pray for Miles well being and for Connie’s patience as it is a 24/7 care situation.

Mike Turner—  Mike is Alice Turners husband, Alice operates the cleaning company who cleans our church. Mike has cancer and is no longer able to receive chemo.  Pray for Mike as he is experiencing some serious complications.  Pray for Alice as she deals with this challenging situation and for their family.

Elizabeth Bailey -  Praise God, Elizabeth’s recieved miraculous news from her last MRI.  The tumor has a slight shrinkage at the base. This is a result of nothing but prayer, the most logical explanation is a miracle.  Thec radiationa nd year and a half of chemo had never shown any shrinkage.

Patt Gammill—  Pat and Gerald returned to Pagosa and she is having some relief from pain.  Please continue to pray for relief from pain & for healing.

Pat Bell—Please pray for peace, relief from pain, & healing for Pat Bell as she has serious kidney problems.  The Dr. has said any worsening of her condition could result in her needing a kidney transplant.  Last year she had knee replacement surgery & is still in pain from that surgery, in addition to needing knee replacement on her other knee.   All of these medical issues are complicated by medication she takes for a heart condition. Include Pat’s husband, Dave as well as family in your prayers in this challenging time.

Our Troops—Please pray for Allen McIver who is stationed in Afghanistan and for all our women and men who are serving in the military around the world.

Betsy Meador—Betsy is Dr. John and Betty Meador’s daughter –in-law who is 38 years old.  Betsy’s doctors did scans & found 7 tumors on the brain (again) and a 7 cm tumor in her liver (the size of a lime).  One large tumor was at base of brain so they decided they could do gamma ray stereotactic removal of that one; that procedure was recently done & there is no apparent improvement.  Betsy can't tolerate chemo yet & the radiation treatments have stopped.  She does go in 3 times weekly for rehab, but is still very weak & wobbly.  Betsy’s prayer and hope is to sustain until Kathryn graduates from high school; Kathryn is in 7th grade now.  Her family alternates coming to stay with her and her church members pitch in & help also.  Please pray for Betsy, her husband, Johnny, daughter Kathryn and family.
